About the Role

Our client, an international B2B iGaming game provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead its marketing activities across Latin America, with a particular focus on Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand awareness, supporting commercial growth and increasing the company's visibility among online casino operators and industry stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven marketing professional with strong knowledge of the LATAM iGaming market, particularly Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for LATAM, with Brazil as the primary market.

• Drive brand awareness, market positioning and visibility among online casino operators, aggregators and industry partners.

• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional initiatives.

• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support lead generation, client acquisition and partner engagement.

• Develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns with operator partners to increase game visibility and player engagement.

• Manage participation in key industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events and sponsorship opportunities across LATAM.

• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, PR, email campaigns and industry media partnerships.

• Coordinate the localisation of marketing materials, campaigns and communications for Brazilian and other LATAM audiences.

• Collaborate with internal product, commercial and creative teams to ensure successful game launches and promotional activities.

• Manage external marketing agencies, media partners and other suppliers.

• Develop and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory developments to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Track and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation and other relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, including significant experience within the iGaming industry.

• Proven experience in B2B iGaming marketing, preferably with an online casino game provider, aggregator or platform supplier.

• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian iGaming market, including its operators, industry landscape and commercial dynamics.

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Experience working closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support business development and revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, PR, content marketing and event management.

• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.

• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness and demonstrate results.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

• Spanish language skills would be considered a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel across LATAM for industry events, client meetings and marketing activities.
