Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns for profitability, and driving measurable business growth.

You should be highly skilled in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and scaling strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid social campaigns for a growing international business and make a direct impact on revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize advertising profitability.

• Budget Management: Manage and scale significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining strong performance.

• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, messaging, and testing frameworks.

• Audience Targeting: Build and refine prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.

• Tracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.

• A/B Testing: Execute structured experiments across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Scaling Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align paid media campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.

• Demonstrated success in scaling paid social campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.

• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.

• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets with clear performance accountability.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution models, and event tracking.

• Experience developing creative testing strategies and identifying winning ad concepts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce, DTC brands, lead generation businesses, or digital marketing agencies.

• Experience with Shopify, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with third-party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or Northbeam.

• Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.

• Meta Blueprint certifications.

• Experience mentoring junior media buyers or leading paid social strategy.
