Senior Performance Marketer – Adult RTB (Europe/Asia)

We're looking for a hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Specialist to scale paid acquisition channels and double down on growth alongside the CMO. This fully remote role focuses on managing high-budget campaigns, testing new channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Native, ASA), and continuously optimizing creatives and landing page funnels to grow the user base from 30M to 100M.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Channel Ownership: Run, scale, and optimize high-velocity paid campaigns across major channels to lower CAC and raise ROAS/LTV.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor daily KPIs using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards to guide media strategy and cohort analysis.

• Creative & Funnel Optimization: Own creative briefings (hooks, angles, formats) and collaborate with content/product teams to test high-converting landing pages.

• Partnership & Media Strategy: Negotiate deals with traffic sources, test new ad networks, and adapt to platform or algorithm changes.

• Systems & Scaling: Build automation tools, playbooks, and testing pipelines to efficiently scale existing campaign budgets by 3x+.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4–10+ years in performance marketing/UA, managing budgets ranging from $300K to $1M+/month.

• Technical & Analytics Skills: Fluency with ad networks (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Native), GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and landing page optimization.

• Mindset & Communication: Fast-paced executor with strong creative instincts, goal-oriented mindset, and fluent English communication skills.

• Domain Comfort: Comfortable advertising products powered by uncensored AI models and content (#NSFW).

• Bonus Backgrounds: Experience with subscription models, CAC/LTV frameworks, or regulated/sensitive verticals (e.g., dating, femtech, telehealth).
