Senior SaaS Engineer - Insights & Reporting

The Senior SaaS Engineer, Insights & Reporting is responsible for designing and building a flexible, real-time reporting and insights system for Sun Nuclear customers on the OLTP system.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Work with the Chief Software Architect on the strategy and design of the new Sun Nuclear Cloud platform

• Utilize the value/features of the existing ISV product to inform the feature set for the new cloud-based product line.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• At least 5 years of related experience developing reporting tools (not utilizing reporting tools).

• Deep understanding and familiarity of the many aspects of cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS) from development to deployment to operations

• Operated AWS, Azure, GCP or a combination

• Able to consume large amounts of information and quickly distilling it into usable knowledge

• Familiar with designing and developing with the principles of reuse, componentization, and the proper level of abstraction

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software, design principles, CI/CD, and best practice
