YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping Acclaro grow sustainably by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across our global organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, guide recruitment strategy, and create outstanding candidate experiences that reflect our people-first culture. Working across functions, locations, and seniority levels, you'll balance relationship-building, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to help shape the future of our teams.

In this role, you'll help Acclaro operate effectively and grow sustainably. By supporting our people, processes, and leaders, you'll enable the work that happens across the entire organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of concurrent, varied requisitions across multiple functions, seniority levels, and geographic locations, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and realistic hiring timelines while developing effective sourcing strategies.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement with passive candidates.

• Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey, delivering a professional, timely, and engaging experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding handoff.

• Coach hiring managers and interview panels on candidate evaluation, interview effectiveness, hiring best practices, and time-to-fill trade-offs to support informed hiring decisions.

• Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and hiring data to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and influence hiring decisions.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within the applicant tracking system to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

• Support employer branding initiatives by strengthening Acclaro’s presence across talent communities, social platforms, professional networks, and recruiting channels.

• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support a growing and globally connected organization.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, or a related hiring function.

• Are fully proficient in English and comfortable working in a global, remote environment

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Thrive in complex recruiting environments where you manage numerous concurrent requisitions across different functions, levels, and regions without losing attention to detail.

• Build trust quickly and confidently partner with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with candidates and hiring teams.

• Enjoy working in fast-moving, globally distributed environments where adaptability and initiative matter.

• Use data and recruiting insights to guide decisions and continuously improve results.

• Value inclusive hiring practices and are committed to creating equitable candidate experiences.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience recruiting across multiple business functions and international locations.

• Bring familiarity with the localization, language services, translation, SaaS, or technology industries.

• Have hands-on experience with Workable or other modern applicant tracking systems.

• Have built employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing programs.

• Are experienced in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.

• Bring experience working across cultures, regions, and time zones.

• Speak more than one language or have experience supporting multilingual work environments.
