The role

We're looking for a Senior TA Partner to own complex, specialized searches in our Cybersecurity/GRC and Salesforce ecosystem practices. You'll partner directly with client hiring managers, run full-cycle searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and help shape how our team uses AI across sourcing, screening and evaluation. This is a hands-on senior IC role with real influence on how the operation evolves.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, from intake with the hiring manager through offer and handoff.

• Lead intake calls that translate client needs into precise search criteria: must-have skills, certifications, seniority, domain and English level.

• Run AI-assisted sourcing and enrichment in Metaview and/or Noon, building ranked, qualified pipelines rather than raw profile volume.

• Manage every requisition in Greenhouse with clean stage hygiene, timely scorecards and accurate data that feeds our TA KPIs (including Interview Efficiency).

• Use Claude and similar tools to accelerate JD creation, candidate summaries, interview prep, outreach and market mapping.

• Advise clients on LATAM market realities: talent availability, compensation expectations, contractor vs. EOR models and time-to-fill.

• Mentor mid-level recruiters and contribute playbooks, prompts and workflow improvements to the wider TA team.

What you bring

• 6+ years in technical recruiting, with meaningful agency, staffing or RPO experience.

• Proven track record recruiting in Salesforce (Admin, Developer, Architect, Agentforce, MuleSoft) or Cybersecurity (SOC, GRC, Cloud Security, IAM, AppSec).

• Hands-on daily use of Greenhouse (or a comparable modern ATS) with strong data discipline.

• Real fluency with AI recruiting tools such as Metaview, Noon or Claude: you've built repeatable workflows with them, not just tried them.

• Strong knowledge of LATAM tech talent markets, especially Argentina and Brazil.

• Professional/advanced English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong plus.

• Comfort managing US-based stakeholders and pushing back with data when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with both Salesforce and Cybersecurity searches.

• Familiarity with AI interviewing tools or structured evaluation frameworks.

• Experience defining or improving TA metrics and dashboards.
