• Create branded marketing materials, listing presentations, and promotional content

• Maintain organized workflows, checklists, trackers, and marketing documentation

• Organize and share photos, videos, and marketing assets through iCloud

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time

• Work with Spanish-language text, audio, and video content using translation tools when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or brand management

• Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, premium design standards, sophisticated content presentation, and high-end visual storytelling

• Experience managing marketing for luxury brands, luxury real estate, influencers, or personal brands is highly preferred

• Experience managing an influencer's social media presence is a strong advantage

• Strong Instagram marketing skills, including reels, stories, content planning, and audience engagement

• Excellent video editing, reel creation, graphic design, and photo enhancement skills

• Ability to turn raw footage and everyday clips into polished, high-quality marketing content

• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns independently

• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, content strategy, and marketing analytics

• Experience managing content calendars, marketing workflows, and campaign performance trackers

• Familiarity with website maintenance, Google Business Profile, and basic SEO

• Excellent written English communication skills, including captions, email campaigns, and customer interactions

• Spanish fluency is not required, but must be comfortable translating Spanish-language text and audio when needed

• Creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized

• Proactive, persistent, resourceful, and motivated to grow in the role

• Open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing initiatives

• Tech-savvy and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
