Social Media Management and Content Creation

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to support clients by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and growing their online presence.

The primary responsibility is to develop high-quality social media content, create branded graphics in Canva, write compelling copy, manage content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with online audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Design branded graphics, posts, stories, carousels, thumbnails, advertisements, and other visual assets using Canva.

• Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, calls to action, and social media copy.

• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, target audiences, current trends, and client instructions.

• Build and maintain content calendars, campaign plans, and posting schedules.

• Schedule and publish approved content consistently across assigned social media platforms.

• Repurpose existing content into posts, carousels, stories, short-form video concepts, and other formats.

• Assist with basic short-form video editing and video content planning when required.

• Maintain consistent branding, tone, messaging, colors, fonts, and visual quality across all content.

• Organize content folders, drafts, client assets, templates, and completed files.

• Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, platform updates, and relevant content opportunities.

• Use AI tools to support content ideas, captions, scripts, research, and content repurposing when appropriate.

• Monitor comments and messages and assist with audience engagement according to client instructions.

• Review content carefully for spelling, grammar, formatting, design quality, and brand accuracy before submission.

• Track basic social media performance and identify content receiving strong engagement.

• Provide clear daily updates regarding completed content, scheduled posts, pending approvals, priorities, and potential blockers.

• Manage multiple clients, content requests, deadlines, and publishing schedules simultaneously.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, content calendars, deadlines, brand guidelines, and manager instructions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related role.

• Strong Canva skills and experience creating professional branded content.

• Excellent written English for captions, hooks, calls to action, and professional communication.

• Strong eye for branding, layout, typography, color, design aesthetics, and visual quality.

• Able to follow brand guidelines, content calendars, and detailed client instructions.

• Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, clients, and content schedules simultaneously.

• Reliable communication and consistent follow-through.

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Receptive to feedback and willing to revise content when required.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.

• A portfolio or relevant work samples must be provided for consideration.
