Strategic CX Advisor

The Role

ClearlyRated is building a dedicated enterprise and C-level motion to bring CX to the largest firms in architecture, engineering, construction, and accounting, starting in early 2027. This role is built to open that door: a well-connected former firm leader who can bring ClearlyRated into rooms of principals and C-level peers, and bring those peers into a real conversation about client experience as a practice differentiator.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture a community of C-level and principal leaders focused on CX in professional services

• Set up meetings with C-level and principal contacts at named target accounts (list provided by ClearlyRated)

• Represent ClearlyRated at select industry conferences as a speaker or panelist

• Host and chair roundtables of peer principals and C-level leaders

• Act as a trusted, independent voice connecting firm leadership to the CX conversation in their industry

Experience

• Former C-level executive or principal at a professional services firm in architecture, engineering, construction, or accounting

• Deep, active relationships with industry peers and associations

• A track record of speaking at industry conferences or events

• Genuine enthusiasm for client experience as a practice differentiator, not just a sales topic

• Comfortable operating independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight

Why Join Us?

Why You'll Love Working With Us

• Impact: help shape how the largest firms in architecture, engineering, construction, and accounting think about client experience, at the ground floor of a new enterprise motion

• Access: direct working relationship with ClearlyRated's CEO and leadership team, not layers of management

• Flexibility: set your own schedule around 10–20 hours a week, fully remote

• Culture: startup energy with leaders who've built and scaled established companies before — low bureaucracy, high trust

• Community: build a peer network of C-level and principal leaders around a topic you already care about

Compensation & Structure

• Retainer plus a variable component tied to the enterprise pipeline you help build

• Non-exclusive — hold other advisory, board, or consulting roles alongside this one

• Travel and event costs covered when representing ClearlyRated at conferences or roundtables

• Path to a full-time role after a couple of quarters, if there's mutual interest — no obligation to decide now
