Visual Content Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

The Visual Strategist & Content Manager owns Mindful Souls' creator content engine end to end — from the first script

idea tied to a hero product, through sourcing and vetting the talent who bring it to life, to the contract, shipment, and

invoice that close out the collaboration. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and creator-economy

operations: equal parts copywriter, talent buyer, and program manager. It is the internal owner of every piece of

creator-made Paid Ad content for Mindful Souls across its subscription boxes and single-item product lines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Strategy & Script Development

• Write scripts and hook concepts tailored to Mindful Souls' current focus products, spanning both subscription

boxes and single-item SKUs.

• Translate active promotions, seasonal moments, and product priorities into creator-ready content angles and

briefs.

• Maintain fluency in current short-form platform trends and hook conventions (TikTok/Meta) so scripts stay

native to what's performing, not dated to what worked last quarter.

Talent Sourcing, Vetting & Pipeline Growth

• Source and onboard 4–7 new creators per month, in addition to maintaining the existing active creator pool for

a total of 8-12 creators per month.

• Vet potential new creators through unpaid/gifted product partnerships to confirm brand alignment before

extending any paid opportunity.

• Graduate top-performing gifted creators into the paid creator database once alignment and content quality are

proven.

• Nurture creator relationships over time to support repeat, high-performing collaborations rather than one-off

content.

• Evaluate and prioritize creators on engagement quality, audience fit, and content-to-conversion potential —

not follower count alone.

Contracts, Negotiation & Rights Management

• Negotiate content deliverables, pricing and usage rights on a per-creator, per-collaboration basis.

• Draft, send, and manage monthly retainer agreements for ongoing creators via PandaDoc (written agreement

via email is also ok with clear consent)

• Structure and defend compensation consistently across flat-fee, commission, and hybrid deal types depending

on creator tier and deliverable scope.

Production Management & Creator Operations

• Create content briefs and brand/content guidelines for every collaboration.

• Manage product shipping, timing, and content delivery ETAs across the full active creator roster.

• Track deliverables against deadlines and follow up to keep the content pipeline moving on schedule.

Budget & Financial Administration

• Manage invoicing and payment processing for all creator partnerships.

• Track budgets spend against the monthly influencer/content budget, keeping actuals at or below plan.

• Report on cost-per-content-piece and cost-per-creator to inform ongoing budget and roster decisionson a

monthly basis,

Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong short-form scriptwriting and copywriting ability, grounded in current social hook and storytelling

formats.

• Negotiation experience covering rates, deliverable scope, and usage rights.

• Proven organizational and project-management skills able to run a multi-creator pipeline against concurrent

deadlines.

• Working proficiency with contract/e-signature tools (PandaDoc or equivalent).

• Comfort with budget tracking, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation.

• Relationship-management instincts — creators experience this role as a partner, not a vendor manager,

meaning managing potential needs for revisions and redo’s if the content is not meeting the requirements

outlined in the brief/content guidelines, while not impacting the flat fee or long-term relationship.

• Working knowledge of reading performance data beyond follower counts.

• Active awareness of platform algorithm shifts and emerging content trends across TikTok and Instagram.

TOOLS & PLATFORMS

• PandaDoc — creator contracts and monthly retainer agreements

• Invoicing / payment processing tools for creator payouts

• Shipping and logistics tracking for product-to-creator fulfilment

• Affiliate/attribution tracking and shop analytics (e.g., TikTok Shop) — increasingly standard for tying creator

content to revenue rather than reach.

SUCCESS METRICS

• Minimum KPI: 7–12 content projects delivered per month, sourced from 4–7 newly onboarded creators plus

the maintained current creator roster

• Monthly influencer/content spend at or below approved budget

• On-time content delivery against agreed ETAs across the active ad deadlines.

• Conversion rate of gifted/vetted creators into the paid retainer database

• Revenue or conversion performance per creator/content piece, tracked alongside — not instead of —

engagement and brand-fit quality.
