You will help sell available sports facility time and permit-backed bookings, support pickup-game operations remotely, and build email and SMS campaigns that increase participation and repeat business. ## What you will own ## Email and SMS marketing • Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers. • Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement. • Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows. • Write clear English copy with specific offers and calls to action.
