Community Sports Partners
## Turn interest into bookings—and keep players coming back Community Sports Partners operates sports and recreation businesses. We are looking for someone who combines strong email and SMS marketing skills with sales follow-through and organized day-to-day coordination. Your work will connect three things: campaigns that generate interest, conversations that turn interest into bookings, and pickup games that run smoothly enough for people to return. You will help sell available sports facility time and permit-backed bookings, support pickup-game operations remotely, and build email and SMS campaigns that increase participation and repeat business. ## What you will own ## Email and SMS marketing • Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers. • Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement. • Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows. • Write clear English copy with specific offers and calls to action. Adapt existing brand assets into mobile-friendly emails. • Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch. • Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists. • Test messaging, timing, offers and journeys, then report qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation and revenue alongside engagement metrics. ## Permit and facility-time sales • Maintain an accurate view of available locations, dates, time slots, capacity and approved pricing. • Respond to enquiries from teams, coaches, leagues, organizers and other customers looking for sports space. • Understand what customers need, recommend suitable availability, prepare approved quotes and follow up through booking and payment confirmation. • Keep the sales pipeline current, document customer commitments and pursue renewals or repeat bookings. • Coordinate with the operations team before promising availability or exceptions. Escalate pricing, terms and conflicts outside your authority. ## Pickup-game coordination • Create and maintain accurate game listings, including location, start time, capacity, pricing and player instructions. • Monitor registrations and fill levels; use targeted outreach to help fill available places. • Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts, making sure each game has the information and support it needs. • Manage routine player questions and waitlists, and communicate approved changes promptly. • Identify low-enrolment games, host gaps or venue problems early and escalate cancellation, refund or safety decisions to the appropriate manager. • Track attendance, feedback and repeat participation, and use what you learn to improve future games. This is one role advertised across multiple recruitment locations. Applicants throughout Latin America are welcome. Please apply once using your preferred location listing. ## Requirements ## What we are looking for • Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience. • Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations. • Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking. • Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and competing deadlines. • Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or comparable tools. Experience with every platform is not required. • Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings and campaign performance. • Dependable communication and willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved. • Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time is required. This is when most games and customer activity take place, so these shifts are a core part of the role. The specific weekly schedule will be agreed before hiring. Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service or ecommerce retention is helpful. You should enjoy both campaign execution and customer follow-through. ## What success looks like In the first month, learn the inventory, customer journeys and operating processes; audit existing campaigns and establish a reliable follow-up and QA routine. Over the following two months, take ownership of the campaign calendar and sales pipeline, improve priority automations, and make pickup-game coordination dependable. We will agree measurable goals for paid bookings, use of available facility time, game fill rates, repeat participation and service quality after reviewing the baseline. Apply with your resume and answer the questions in this application. Remove customer data and confidential employer information from examples. Applicants throughout Latin America are welcome; the selected location is a recruitment location, not a residence requirement. ## Required assessments Please complete both standard assessments before or shortly after applying, using the same email address as your application. Júniorvia HimalayasImplementation & Systems Consultant (Remote: US, Canada & Latin America)
InAir
About InAir InAir is a forward-thinking, fully remote consulting firm with a stronghold in Texas. We are proud experts in Airtable consulting services, partnering with mid-sized to large enterprises. Our mission is to harness the power of low-code platforms, enabling businesses to optimize their workflows, foster collaboration, and achieve ambitious outcomes through Airtable. At our company, we foster a culture of honesty, responsibility, and accountability. These core values create a successful, innovative, and transparent workplace. Our remote work setting is built on trust, respect, and open communication, allowing team members to shine and grow. The Role You will turn how a business actually runs into a scalable, automated system, owning the client relationship from the first discovery call to final delivery. If you have ever been the person at your company who "figured out the tools" and ended up running the whole operational process, this role was built for you. You own the client, the delivery plan, and the system build (primarily using modern relational/no-code platforms like Airtable, and integration tools like Make/Zapier). A dedicated internal Engineer handles custom code—your focus is architecture, configuration, project governance, and client success. What You'll Do - Lead Discovery: Run client sessions to map complex workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into clean technical specifications. - Design Systems at Scale: Architect data models, relational schemas, automated workflows, and client-facing interfaces built to handle enterprise scale (ensuring a build that works for 10 records scales seamlessly to 100,000+). - Hands-on Configuration: Build and configure solutions directly. You won't write custom code from scratch, but you will build and own the core system structure. - Run Project Delivery: Own scope, milestones, status reports, and timelines across a portfolio of enterprise clients while coordinating technical execution with internal Engineers. - Optimize Existing Architectures: Audit clients' current system setups to make them cleaner, faster, and easier to scale. What You'll Need - Systems-Building Track Record: You have shipped working systems in relational, low-code, or operations platforms (Airtable, Notion, Retool, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, or similar) that real teams rely on. Your background can be in solutions consulting, technical project management, operations, or engineering. - Relational Data Instincts: Deep understanding of relational database principles—linked records, primary keys, foreign keys, one-to-many/many-to-many relationships, and why schema structure matters at scale. - Client-Facing Project Ownership: Proven experience running client meetings, managing scope/expectations, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Ownership: You thrive when you own the outcome, not just a to-do list. - Accountability: You own outcomes across multiple projects at once and don't wait to be told what's next. - Location & Availability: Based in the US, Canada, or Latin America, with English level of C1+ communication and alignment with US business hours (EST/CST/PST). Nice to Have - Formal database or data modeling experience (SQL, ERDs, schema normalization). - Hands-on experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or similar workflow platforms. - Background in B2B consulting, technical agencies, RevOps, or business operations. Work Structure - Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote. - - EST/CST/PST (dedicated availability aligned with US business hours) - Engagement: Contractor agreement via Rippling. Plenovia HimalayasProgram manager (LATAM)
OpenFn
Type: Full-time contractor (hours negotiable) Location: Remote, based in Central or South America (Americas time zones) Language Requirements: Spanish fluency required ## Reports to: Head of Growth OpenFn is the digital public good for public service automation & AI orchestration. Our platform automates data exchange and digital workflows so that governments and NGOs can deliver public services more efficiently, achieve interoperability across fragmented systems, and scale critical public services across health, humanitarian, and government programs. Our team, Open Function Group, the primary steward of this open-source platform, is a lean, fully-remote team of integration specialists, solution architects, and implementation consultants working across 40+ countries. We are not making marginal improvements to already comfortable lives. We are building the infrastructure that allows governments to function, clinics to operate, and vulnerable populations to access services they depend on. ## The role We need a remote, relationship-driven, commercially-minded Program Manager who is technically fluent, someone who can speak credibly about our platform, integrations, and data workflows with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, to keep our existing customers happy, engaged, and growing, and to help us stand up program management as a function for the very first time. We are hiring our first Program Manager to own and grow relationships with OpenFn's existing customers as we transition to a subscription model built around packaged product-and-services bundles. As our first Program Manager in this market, you will own the full portfolio of existing subscription customers and be accountable for their retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will be the trusted advisor customers turn to, the person who makes sure they are getting real value from OpenFn, and the internal owner of the commercial health of each account. OpenFn is a technical product: our customers use it to build integrations, move data between systems, and automate complex digital workflows. You do not need to be an engineer, and you will not be doing hands-on implementation work; we have solution architects and implementation consultants for that. But you do need to be technically fluent: able to understand how customers use the platform, hold a credible conversation with their technical teams, spot when something is going wrong, and know when to bring in a specialist. That technical credibility is what will make you a genuine trusted advisor rather than just a point of contact. Because this is a foundational hire, you will both build and execute. You will not inherit a mature playbook; you will help create it, establishing the processes, cadences, and tooling that a strong program management function depends on, while carrying a live book of business from day one. ## Requirements Own & grow customer relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing subscription customers - Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across each customer organization, from day-to-day users through to senior decision-makers - Develop and maintain account plans that map each customer's objectives to the value OpenFn delivers - Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other regular check-ins Bring technical fluency to the relationship - Develop a strong working understanding of the OpenFn platform and how each of your customers uses it - Hold credible, substantive conversations with customers' technical teams about their integrations, data workflows, and use cases - Translate fluently between customers' technical staff and their non-technical decision-makers - Spot technical adoption risks early, and know when to bring in solution architects or implementation consultants Drive retention & expansion - Own gross and net retention for your portfolio, and be accountable for renewals - Forecast renewals accurately and manage the end-to-end renewal process - Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead recovery plans before they churn - Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, including tier upgrades and cross-sell of additional services - Negotiate renewals and expansions in line with our pricing and packaging model Deliver value & coordinate delivery - Ensure a smooth handoff from sales and implementation into ongoing program management - Monitor product usage and adoption, and work with customers to close gaps and deepen engagement - Act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to our product and services teams - Coordinate with support and implementation teams to meet SLA commitments and deliver project-based work - Manage escalations, bringing the right internal people together to resolve issues quickly Build the program management function - Establish the playbooks, cadences, and health-scoring approach that will let program management scale as OpenFn grows - Maintain accurate account data, activity, and forecasts in our CRM, and report on core retention/growth metrics to leadership - Help migrate existing customers from legacy project-based arrangements onto the new subscription model ## Required Qualifications - 3-7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing commercial role at a SaaS or subscription business - A proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of customers, including owning renewals, forecasting, and driving upsell or expansion - Experience managing customers for a technically substantive product, with a demonstrated ability to get up to speed on how a product actually works - Genuine technical fluency: comfort discussing concepts such as APIs, integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation, and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences - Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust with both technical users and senior stakeholders - Experience running customer cadences such as QBRs, service reviews, and success planning - Hands-on proficiency with a CRM, and a data-informed approach to managing account health and forecasts - Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively across a distributed, multicultural team - Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English - A self-starter mindset suited to a foundational role where you build as well as execute, and the ability to work from home or a shared office space with fast, stable internet, preferably in a country located in Central or South America (compatible with Americas time zones) ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience helping a business (or its customers) transition from project or services-based revenue to a subscription model - A technical background (e.g. a computer science degree, or prior experience in engineering, technical support, solutions, or implementation), including hands-on experience with integration tooling, data pipelines, or APIs - Experience managing government, NGO, public sector, or other international customers, ideally within the digital public goods or open source ecosystem - Working knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce or Odoo - Additional language skills relevant to our customer base (e.g. French, Portuguese) - Experience selling and/or delivering complex digital transformation, business process transformation, or data integration projects ## Benefits - Financial compensation includes a base salary plus variable pay tied to the retention and growth (upsell and expansion) of your portfolio. Total pay is commensurate with experience, per OpenFn's Equal Pay for Equal Work framework; the detailed variable-pay mechanics are shared during the interview process. - N.B.: Selling to NGO and government customers, we don't offer Silicon Valley pay scales, but high quality of life and fair,

Remote | Full-time ContractorPreferred location: Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) Portfolio or GitHub required A fast-growing North American manufacturer of premium window and door systems is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own the development of internal tools, a public-facing website, and — most critically — a high-performance interactive 3D product visualization platform built from scratch. This is a high-ownership, solo-contributor role. You will design and ship real systems end-to-end, working directly with leadership. There is no engineering team beneath you. If you enjoy full ownership and building systems that teams and customers rely on every day, this role is for you. ## Compensation - ## Contractor Monthly Salary in USD payment via Deel - ## Fully remote, flexible working hours - Paid monthly via international contractor payment - We cover the cost of any developer or AI tools you need (Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc.) - Top candidates will have the opportunity to grow with the engineering team as it expands ## About the Company A privately held manufacturer with operations across North America, specializing in premium architectural window and door systems. The company designs and builds its own products and is now developing the internal software platforms, visualization tools, and digital experiences that will power its next stage of growth. The engineering team is small, the decisions move fast, and the person in this role will have direct impact on how the company operates and sells. ## What You'll Build ## 🪟 Product Visualization Platform (primary focus) You will build from scratch an interactive, web-based 3D visualization tool that allows customers to configure and explore complex architectural products. This is the most technically demanding part of the role. ## Requirements: - True 3D rendering — no 2D models stacked on separate planes - Correct pivot point calculations for product movement and mechanical behavior - Toggle between styles, colors, materials, and sizes with parametric scaling - Texture and model compression for sub-second load times — "send the recipe, not the dish" - Smooth real-time rendering as product options are changed - Integration between UI state and the visualization engine The 3D assets will be provided by designers. Your focus is engineering, architecture, and performance. Note on background: We're especially interested in candidates with experience in gaming or game engine environments (Unity, Unreal, etc.) — not because the tool must be built on a game engine, but because that background produces engineers who think in 3D transformations, physics, and optimized rendering. That said, any engineer who can demonstrably build a performant 3D configurator will be considered. ## 🛠️ Internal Tools Software used daily by teams across sales, marketing, and production: - Production workflow and scheduling dashboards - ## Sales and marketing analytics tools - Automation connectors between internal systems and APIs ## 🌐 Website Platform - Maintain and evolve the public-facing website (currently on Webflow) - ## Build product and landing pages - Integrate the visualization tool into the website - Performance-optimized frontend architecture and SEO ## Tech Stack LayerTechnologiesFrontendReact (TypeScript), Tailwind CSSVisualizationThree.js / WebGL, D3.js, SVG / Canvas, ECharts / RechartsBackendNode.js or Python, REST APIs, SQL databasesInfrastructureAWS (EC2, RDS, S3), CI/CD pipelines, Docker (nice to have)CMS/WebsiteWebflow3D FormatsOBJ and similar; texture + model compression pipelines ## AI-Native Development The team actively uses AI tools as force multipliers and expects you to do the same: - ## Claude, OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor - AI-assisted IDE workflows for code generation, refactoring, and debugging - All tools will be covered. Candidates already working AI-natively are a strong plus. ## What We're Looking For ## Must-have: - 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience - ## Strong JavaScript / TypeScript - Experience building and shipping production web applications independently - Ability to own projects end-to-end with no hand-holding - Strong communication: proactive updates, early escalation of blockers, sense of urgency on bugs - Remote-first discipline: available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST for collaborative hours ## Strong plus: - Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or any real-time 3D rendering framework - Background in gaming development (Unity, Unreal, or similar) - Experience building product configurators or interactive visualization tools - Familiarity with 3D model compression and optimization (LOD, texture atlasing, etc.) Most important: you can show us something you built yourself — and it works. ## How We Work - Small team, direct access to decision-makers - Projects move fast and are often built from scratch - Communication is frank, proactive, and async-friendly - ## Mistakes are fine — hiding them is not - We're problem-solvers: bring issues early and we'll solve them together ## Hiring Process - Portfolio / GitHub review(resumes alone will not be considered) - ## Short technical conversation - Paid trial project (4–8 hours): a real problem similar to the role — we pay for your time. Strong candidates may also be asked to walk through how they'd optimize a 3D file's load time and rendering pipeline. Originally posted on Himalayas
