Hard Rock Digital
## What are we building? Hard Rock Digital is a fiercely focused team working to become the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We're building a deeply curious team with a passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We're customer-obsessed — we care about each customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insight, and strive to ensure we're always acting authentically. Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us? ## What’s the position? Reporting to the Casino Promotions Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the Promo & CRM team, working within one of our promo pods — learning the ropes of Hard Rock Digital’s online casino operation from the ground up. Working alongside product, marketing, commercial, operations, data, and regulatory teams, you’ll help build and manage the promotions and offers that keep our players engaged and coming back for more, all within our team and jurisdictional budgets. This is a foundational role for someone who is eager to build expertise, ask great questions, and grow fast in a high-energy, player-first environment. ## Responsibilities for this role include: ## Promo Operations & Offer Design - Help design, build, and configure player bonuses, offers, and onsite banners with guidance, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless player experience. - Support your promo pod in planning and launching promotions, from offer mechanics and eligibility rules through to go-live. - Maintain organized documentation of completed work, ensuring all promotion and campaign records are accurate and up to date. - Follow established SOPs for offer builds and segment uploads, raising questions rather than guessing when something is unclear. ## Offer Targeting & CRM Execution - Build audiences and segments for offers, helping match the right offer to the right players. - Execute day-to-day CRM setup that supports promotions, including audience builds, QA, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS channels. - Review and validate offer terms, copy, and creative for accuracy, quality, and compliance before launch. - Ensure all offers and supporting communications go live accurately and on time to meet established deadlines. ## Budget & Performance - Track daily and weekly promotional spend and pacing against team and jurisdictional budgets, flagging anomalies to your manager. - Help analyze promotion and campaign results — such as redemption, cost, and player response — and share what’s working and what isn’t. - Support A/B tests and offer personalization initiatives by executing assigned tasks accurately and flagging results to the broader team. ## Cross-Functional - Build familiarity with our promotions and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Braze) and begin developing hands-on expertise in their capabilities. - Coordinate routine requests with Creative and Customer Support teams, communicating status and escalating issues to your manager rather than letting them go unaddressed. - Maintain availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity. ## Requirements ## What are we looking for? We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented self-starter who is excited to build a career in online gaming. You don’t need to have all the answers on day one — you need to ask great questions, care deeply about getting things right, and bring energy to a fast-moving team. To be successful in this role, you will have: - Entry-level to 2 years of experience in promotions, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field. Online gaming or sportsbook experience is a plus but not required. - Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) — hands-on experience is a bonus; a willingness to learn fast is a must. - Comfort working with numbers — basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and an interest in understanding offer costs, budgets, and results. - Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they go live and take quality seriously. - Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking clarifying questions and flagging blockers early. - Ability to stay organized and manage your time across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A genuine curiosity about players — you think about the experience on the other side of the offers you build. - Team player who collaborates well and supports peers; no job is too small when the team needs it. - Availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity. ## What’s in it for you? We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include: - ## Competitive pay and benefits - ## Retirement benefits - ## Employee Discounts - ## Advancement opportunities - Start-up culture backed by a secure, globally recognized brand. - Opportunity to drive a best-in-class customer experience for the Hard Rock Digital community ## Roster of Uniques We care deeply about every interaction our customers have with us, and trust and empower our staff to own and drive their experience. Our vision for our business and customers is built on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where regardless of background or beliefs you feel able to be authentic and bring all your talent into play. Júniorvia HimalayasReward and Recognition Manager
Mission Aviation Fellowship International
## Overview ## Reward & Recognition Manager Help shape the reward, benefits and recognition framework for a newly integrated global organisation, and lead its implementation Location: Flexible, with a preference for the successful candidate to be based at one of our MAF International entities. MAF International is a Christian not-for-profit organisation that uses aviation to deliver essential services — medical evacuations, supplies, disaster relief and education — to remote communities across Africa and Asia Pacific. With an 80-year history, MAF International is undergoing a major transformation — integrating a historically federated structure into a single global organisation, with the goal of reaching more than 5,000 remote communities by 2045. Its new People Operations and Strategic Projects function is being built now, and this role helps shape it from the start. ## Why this role matters Designing reward across many countries and currencies — competitive enough to attract talent, equitable enough that colleagues trust the system, and financially sustainable — is a genuinely complex problem. You would shape the answer alongside colleagues around the world. As Reward and Recognition Manager you lead a department of two sub-functions — pay structures and framework, and benefits, allowances and recognition — serving around 850 staff across roughly 20 pay and legal jurisdictions, including some 120 internationally mobile staff. This is a build role, not a caretaker role: you’ll bring reward expertise to our global reward framework project, alongside an external specialist partner and colleagues across the organisation, and then own its implementation, monitoring and governance. Please note: Candidates must hold existing legal working rights for their proposed location of employment. Salary: Competitive and flexible, with remuneration aligned to the successful candidate’s location, experience, and local employment context. ## Responsibilities ## 💡 What You'll Be Doing - Embed the approved reward and recognition framework across our geographies — balancing market competitiveness, internal equity and affordability. - Act as reward specialist in the global reward framework project, then own the approved framework’s implementation, monitoring and governance across MAF International. - Develop and maintain the methodology behind international pay: north/south pay frameworks, cost-of-living methodology and hardship scales. - Set global minimum standards for benefits while keeping their design and delivery close to each local employment market. - Design recognition approaches with L&OD and People Care that reinforce agreed behaviours and contribution. - Contribute to a People and Culture and Finance project on how payroll will be organised across the countries we operate in. - Advise leadership up to Board level on reward philosophy and lead a small expert team. ## Click here for the full job description Closing date: Applications close on the 27th November We reserve the right to close this vacancy before the advertised closing date if we receive a sufficient number of applications. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. ## Qualifications, Skills & Experience ## 🌏 What You'll Bring - A successful track record in a senior global reward role, ideally in an international or not-for-profit organisation. - Experience designing international pay frameworks — north/south structures, COLA methodology and expatriate compensation. - Deep technical craft: job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay structures and recognition practice. - Strong analytical and modelling skills; a compensation certification is welcome. - The ability to make reward clear and credible — so people at every level understand and trust how they’re paid. - High integrity, courageous judgement, and the ability to make reward decisions that hold organisational, financial and values considerations together. - You share our vision, mission and values. ## Why MAF? - A rare chance to build, not just run — you join as the function takes shape, with genuine influence on its design. - Work from anywhere: this role is globally remote, because talent matters more than time zone. - A small, expert team with real influence, in an organisation whose work has measurable impact. ## Join us If you are an experienced reward professional who wants to use your expertise for something bigger than remuneration alone, we would love to hear from you. Júniorvia HimalayasCustomer Success Manager — Measure Marketing
Measure Marketing Results Inc.
## The ROLE ## Title ## Customer Success Manager ## Company Measure Marketing (MMR), a Toronto-based GEO, AI search and SEO agency ## Location Remote: LATAM (Colombia preferred) or Europe ## Hours Overlap of at least 5 hours with North American business hours (ET) ## Type ## Full-time ## Reports to ## Head of Delivery (confirm) ## Clients B2B, law firms, signage, SaaS, and residential and commercial home improvement ## Search Changed the Map. You're the Client's GPS. Buyers don't just Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, and they often get an answer without ever clicking. That shift is why MMR exists: we help clients get found, cited and chosen across both classic and AI-powered search. This role exists because great work only counts when the client can see it. You're the person who turns rankings, AI citations, traffic and leads into a clear story of progress. You catch risk before the client feels it, and you keep every account moving toward measurable outcomes. Think of it as a marathon run at sprint pace. Relationships last for years, but you prove value every single month. ## What You'll Own ## 1. Relationships That Fuel Retention - Be each client's trusted partner and main point of contact. - Run check-ins , monthly and quarterly reviews that prove progress and set the next 90-day sprint. - Handle escalations calmly and drive fast, accountable fixes. ## 2. Full-Funnel Performance: AI Search, SEO and PPC - Explain AI search shifts in plain English, including AI Overviews, zero-click results and citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity. - Read paid search performance in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including spend, CPC, conversions and cost per lead, and flag when budget isn't turning into pipeline. - Connect GEO, AEO, SEO and PPC to outcomes: visibility, qualified traffic, leads and cost per lead. - Own the narrative while specialists handle execution. ## 3. Content and CRO Insight - Link content plans to client goals, and flag gaps for both search and AI engines. - Raise the alarm when traffic or ad clicks grow but leads stay flat, then drive CRO fixes with the web team. ## 4. Data Storytelling, Human in the Loop - Turn data from GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, agency reporting tools and HubSpot into a monthly value story: what happened, why it matters and what's next. - Use AI to draft reports, summarize calls and spot patterns. You verify the output, apply judgment and own every word the client sees. ## 5. The Retention System - Score every account based on leads and account health, customer sentiment, and run recovery plans for any account in Yellow or Red. - Escalate any account that stays Red for more than 30 days. - Pass expansion opportunities to the growth team when clients are winning. ## 6. Projects, ClickUp and Automation - Turn success plans into ClickUp projects with owners, milestones and deadlines, and keep HubSpot clean. - Coordinate the SEO, PPC, content, web and dev teams while protecting scope and margin. - Automate repetitive reporting and follow-ups with AI and workflow tools. ## What You Bring ## Must-Haves - 3+ years in customer success or account management at a digital marketing agency, SEO/SaaS company or similar B2B service business. - A working understanding of SEO and PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), plus curiosity and early knowledge of AI search, GEO and AEO. - Comfort with numbers: you can read GA4, Search Console and dashboard data and explain what changed and why. - Proven ability to turn data into a clear, persuasive story for business owners and executives. - Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, reporting and communication, plus the judgment to check their output. - Experience running projects in ClickUp or a similar tool (Asana, Monday) and keeping a CRM like HubSpot clean. - Confidence in tough conversations, including pushback, scope creep and at-risk renewals. - Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, with North American clients. ## Nice-to-Haves - Experience with tracking and reporting tools, and reporting platforms. - Basic CRO knowledge, such as landing page best practices, A/B testing and conversion tracking. - Experience with workflow automation (Zapier, ClickUp automations). - Background with B2B customers and an asset to know SaaS clients. - Familiarity with net revenue retention, upsell motions and customer lifetime value. ## You are measured on customer results, relationships and expansions. Measured through customer NPS survey and retained revenue. You're part relationship builder, part data storyteller and part project driver. You don't wait for clients to raise concerns. You see the dip in the dashboard first, figure out why, and walk in with a plan. You use AI to move faster, but you never hand it the wheel. You're curious about where search is heading, and you can explain it to a business owner in two minutes without jargon. Most of all, you own outcomes. Great relationships matter, but at MMR they're backed by measurable results. ## How to Apply Apply through our JazzHR careers page. You'll answer a few short questions as part of your application. They show us how you think, so give them five minutes. This is a remote role open in LATAM (Colombia preferred) and Europe, with at least 5 hours of overlap with North American Eastern Time. Plenovia HimalayasMusic & Sound Annotation Expert
micro1
Role Title: Music & Sound Annotation Expert ## Role Type: Contractor ## Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Music & Sound Annotation Experts to contribute to a customer's project at the forefront of music and audio technology. Your ears are the ground truth. You'll listen to short field recordings and document exactly what's audible — instruments, tempo, key, background sounds, crowd reactions — through a structured web platform built for this project. Later phases involve grading AI model answers against what you actually heard. ## What you'll do - Listen to 30–90 second field recordings (headphones, your own quiet workspace) and complete structured annotations: which instruments are present, tempo and key, timestamps of background events (traffic, sirens, applause), scene details - Compare paired recordings of the same song captured at different locations and judge what stayed the same and what changed - In later phases: review AI model descriptions of clips and mark what's correct, wrong, or invented, with a brief written explanation - Attend a paid onboarding/calibration session and a short weekly sync Who we're looking for (any of these backgrounds) - Working or gigging musicians, session players, producers, or mixing engineers - Music educators, ear-training instructors, band/choir directors, conservatory students or graduates - Location sound recordists, sound designers, foley artists, or podcast/documentary audio editors ## Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on music or audio experience - Strong analytical listening: you can pick individual instruments out of a busy, noisy, real-world mix — not just studio recordings - Can identify tempo (within a few BPM) and musical key (relative pitch with a reference is fine) - Comfortable with detail-oriented, repetitive annotation work in a web platform — dropdowns, timestamps, short structured notes - Clear written English for brief, evidence-based notes (e.g., "accordion enters around 0:12") - Quality headphones, quiet workspace, reliable internet - Available 20–25 hrs/week for the engagement window Originally posted on Himalayas

Bonuses are variable, not guaranteed. Over the first six months, you will build toward Manager responsibilities. G2i
Contract | Remote, worldwide | $100-$200/hour depending on experience and location | 10-20 hrs/week Please note that eligibility may vary depending on your location, as some regions may not be supported by the client. Check out this Loom video for more details: We're looking for highly experienced software engineer (SR+) to help evaluate the quality of interactions with modern coding agents such as OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. This is not a traditional engineering role. You won't be writing production code. You'll be evaluating something harder: whether the model thinks like a great engineer. ## What this role actually is You will assess how AI coding agents behave in real-world scenarios, focusing on: ## • Whether the response makes sense - Whether the preamble and reasoning are useful - Whether the output reflects strong engineering judgment - Whether the interaction feels right to an experienced developer This role is about engineering taste. Syntax correctness is the easy part. ## What you'll be doing - Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end - Judge whether outputs are useful, correct at a high level, and aligned with how a strong engineer would think - Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, not just the code - Distinguish between levels of response quality (what makes something a 2 vs a 4) - Give clear, opinionated feedback in writing on what worked, what didn't, and what felt off or misleading - Help define what great looks like when working with tools like Cursor, Codex and Claude Code ## What we mean by "taste" We're looking for engineers who can answer questions like: - Does this feel like something a strong engineer would actually say? - Is this explanation helpful, or just technically correct? - Is the model guiding the user well, or just dumping output? - Would this interaction build or erode trust? You should be comfortable making subjective but rigorous judgments, and explaining them clearly. ## Who you are - Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience) - Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python - Hands-on experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor - Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted dev workflows - Able to evaluate code without executing it or reviewing every line - Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above). You'll be writing detailed feedback and recording short video explanations, so this is a hard requirement - Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback - High bar for what good engineering looks like ## Nice to have - Prior exposure to prompt design or evaluation workflows - Experience mentoring senior engineers or defining engineering standards ## Engagement details - Rate: $100-$200/hour depending on experience and location ## • Hours: 10-20 hours/week, flexible - Duration: ongoing. Projects run from about two weeks to a few months each, and we offer new ones to evaluators who do well - Start: as soon as you clear the take-home and a project has an open seat - Process: one take-home evaluation exercise with a recorded Loom walkthrough. Hadley Designs
Ready to Build the Team Behind a Brand Families Love? At Hadley Designs, we believe that learning should be enjoyable, engaging, and screen-free. Millions of parents and teachers trust our beautifully designed, developmentally aligned educational tools to help children grow and thrive. As a fast-growing, family-founded brand, we are on a mission to make learning meaningful for families around the world. We are seeking a Director of Recruiting to own how Hadley Designs finds, vets, and closes the growth operators and future leaders who will carry our next phase of growth. If you treat recruiting like a growth problem, love being the face of a brand to candidates, and want the autonomy to run the whole engine, this role is for you. ## About Hadley Designs Hadley Designs is redefining early education with creativity and purpose. Every product we create is hand-drawn and teacher-designed, crafted with care to build confidence and connection. Our screen-free tools help families and teachers make learning fun and meaningful, nurturing curiosity and creativity in children. Our mission is to design screen-free products that parents can trust to help their children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Our vision is to build the most trusted children's brand in the world, present in millions of homes, reshaping how families learn, connect, and grow. ## Role Overview As our Director of Recruiting, you will own how Hadley Designs sources, vets, and closes top talent for every open role, from Amazon and ecommerce operators to senior leaders. You will design and run the recruiting engine that consistently delivers a strong top of funnel, put every candidate through a process that shows who they really are, and bring our leadership only the people worth their time. This is a leadership-tier role with end-to-end ownership of recruiting, from the pipeline to the right people joining our team. A recruiting administrator handles the busy work, so your time goes to meeting candidates, sourcing them, and finding new ways to reach great talent. You will run first-round interviews, including for director-level roles, manage our outside recruiting partners to our standards, and be the face of Hadley Designs for every candidate, so you need to be great on camera and great with people. ## Key Responsibilities - Recruiting pipeline management. Source candidates outbound and inbound across LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, online communities, referrals, and your own network, and filter applicants for red flags, competency match, and alignment with each role profile. - Test project and interview operations. Run our Culture Index step, case studies, and first-round interviews, review submissions, and manage the candidate experience end to end, including for the people we do not hire. - Sourcing channel optimization. Manage and optimize sourcing channels based on performance, and build "always hiring" shortlists for recurring high-leverage roles. - Outside recruiting partners. Manage our agency partners so every candidate they send follows the same process, and hold them to our terms. - New talent channels. Find creative new ways to reach great people, especially in the online communities where they already spend time. - Employer brand and reviews. Monitor and manage Glassdoor and Indeed reviews, organize team review drives, ask for feedback, flag issues, and protect our rating. - Hiring metrics and funnel reporting. Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports broken down by channel and role, and track funnel performance against KPIs. - Reference checks. Run reference checks, by phone for leadership roles. ## How Success Is Measured - Average time to fill open roles under 45 days - 250 or more qualified applicants per active role per week - Weekly hiring pipeline report by sourcing channel, 100% complete and on time - 15 or more completed candidate case studies available for review per role per week - A Glassdoor company rating of 4.5 or higher across the year, with Indeed tracked beside it - An interview and recruiting experience candidates rate highly, including the people we do not hire ## Requirements Who You Are You are a recruiting-strong, systems-oriented leader. You have personally closed difficult hires, not just managed a team that did. You move fast in a sourcing pipeline, you can run a structured interview that lands the right read on a candidate in 30 minutes, and you are as comfortable pitching a role on camera as you are defending the company on Glassdoor. You look at people the way a growth marketer looks at growth, and you want the autonomy to run the whole engine. ## You Have - 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or ecommerce organizations; agency recruiting experience is a big plus - A proven track record of hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, and leadership roles - Confidence and presence on camera, and comfort representing a brand to candidates - Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and case studies - Outbound sourcing experience, and expert-level LinkedIn and Workable skills - Real creativity in tapping online communities to find talent in unusual places - AI capability, a CRM and documented SOPs. You use AI every day to get more done with less, which is a must-have here and a capability rather than any one tool, and you have a clear view of how all three make recruiting faster and better now and going forward - Strong writing ability, from clear job posts to compelling outreach and direct candidate communication - The ability to handle 5 to 10 active roles at a time with no drop-off in process - Experience building and running reporting for hiring metrics - Experience managing outside recruiting agencies ## Benefits ## Why You'll Love Working Here Your work will directly impact how families experience learning through the Hadley Designs brand. You will join a passionate, mission-driven team that values trust, creativity, and collaboration, with the freedom of a remote role and flexible working hours. - Remote-first work environment - Paid time off and holidays - Access to learning resources and professional development - Free access to Hadley Designs products - Regular interaction with leadership, including the CEO - Stability from more than a decade as a family-founded, mission-driven brand ## Our Hiring Process Every candidate completes a Culture Index assessment and a case study before interviews. For this role, reference checks are done by phone. ## Apply Today If you are ready to build the team behind a brand that is shaping the future of learning, apply now to join Hadley Designs as our Director of Recruiting.
