That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. Revenue analytics and data model - Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs). - Track funnel conversion, explain why deals move, stall or slip, and keep attribution correct with Marketing. - Query ClickHouse daily, trace any number to its source, and write specs for model changes. Give each metric one documented definition and add data quality checks. - Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones, and end every analysis with a recommendation, a number and an owner. AI and automation - Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts and Salesforce automation, and always verify their output. - Automate manual work (invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, call analysis) and measure hours saved and errors avoided. Ownership - Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product. Turn each request into a task with an owner, date and success metric. ## Requirements - 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org. - Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus. - Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals. - Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM. - Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use. - Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked. ## Nice to have - Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification. - ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool. - Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API). - Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools. - Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems. - HubSpot to Salesforce migration. - Attribution or CS health score data. - Martech or analytics company background. ## What We Offer - Remote-first environment - Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises - 20 working days of PTO per year - US holidays and additional days off - Professional development reimbursement Originally posted on Himalayas

They have already built an internal month-end close application that automates recurring journal entries, posts transactions directly to QuickBooks Online with supporting documentation, generates auditable balance sheet schedules, and verifies that balances reconcile to the ledger. Your role is to operate and oversee these systems, validate their outputs, and identify opportunities to automate the next manual step. If you've ever thought, "I could write a skill for this" halfway through a reconciliation, this role is for you. ## Key Responsibilities ## 1. Accounting & Month-End Close - Own and execute the monthly close process from start to finish using their internally developed application. - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including bank and credit card reconciliations, chart of accounts maintenance, and applying deposits to invoices. - Upload and review monthly source files, including Carta reports, benefits carrier invoices, and payroll allocations. - Review and approve proposed journal entries, ensuring accuracy before posting them to QuickBooks Online. - Maintain supporting documentation and ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and supported by accurate schedules. ## 2. Financial Reporting & Audit - Prepare and issue monthly financial statements, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. - Provide concise monthly variance and flux analysis commentary. - Support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting. - Lead the external audit process, serving as the primary contact for auditors. - Prepare audit PBC (Prepared by Client) schedules, supporting documentation, and respond to auditor inquiries. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline audit preparation and reduce adjustments. ## 3. Controller & Financial Operations - Monitor daily cash balances and maintain a rolling cash flow forecast. - Proactively communicate potential cash shortfalls and liquidity concerns to the COO. - Manage the vendor payment cycle, including bill approvals, payment scheduling through Bill.com, and ensuring timely payments within cash constraints. - Complete vendor onboarding requirements, including W-9s, banking information, insurance certificates, and supplier questionnaires. - Support accounts receivable collections through aging reviews, payment reminders, and coordination with account management teams. ## 4. Specialized Accounting Operations - Manage invoice factoring activities, including submissions, payment and reserve reports, fee accruals, and clearing entries. - Use our internal accounting application to process and reconcile factoring-related transactions. - Maintain accurate supporting schedules for prepaids, prepaid commissions, accruals, notes payable (including SBA EIDL and shareholder loans), stock-based compensation, and other balance sheet accounts. ## 5. AI & Process Automation - Use Claude as a primary working environment to improve and automate accounting workflows. - Own, maintain, and continuously improve existing Claude skills covering close procedures, balance sheet schedules, and factoring processes. - Develop new reusable Claude skills and workflows whenever repetitive manual tasks can be automated. - Maintain a prioritized list of manual processes, evaluating automation opportunities based on time savings, risk reduction, and operational impact. - Partner with internal developers by translating accounting requirements into clear specifications, defining expected outcomes, and validating implemented solutions. - Keep accounting procedures and documentation up to date as processes evolve. ## How You'll Work AI is central to this role, not just an additional productivity tool. You will use Claude to execute accounting workflows, develop reusable skills, organize financial information, and continuously improve how the accounting function operates. ## Our approach is built around a few principles: - Review, don't retype: Our internal application proposes journal entries and supporting schedules. You review, validate, and approve them rather than manually entering everything. - Strong internal controls: Nothing gets posted without human approval. If a control cannot be verified, it blocks the close. You are responsible for confirming what actually landed in QuickBooks Online. - Continuous improvement: When a task becomes repetitive, you look for opportunities to turn it into a reusable skill or automated workflow. - Clear documentation: You maintain accurate, practical procedures that allow others, including non-accountants, to understand and follow the process. - Collaboration with developers: You define what needs to be fixed or built, explain what the expected result should look like, and validate the outcome. Tools & Technologies: Claude (Skills, Projects, and Connectors), QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, Bill.com, Carta, BigQuery (read-only), Slack, and Asana. ## What Success Looks Like ## First 30 Days - Complete one full month-end close alongside the team. - Review existing accounting procedures and Claude skills. - Identify and document all remaining manual steps in the accounting workflow. - Begin taking ownership of bookkeeping and shadowing controller-level responsibilities. ## First 60 Days - Independently execute the monthly close. - Improve or develop at least two Claude skills. - Issue a complete set of monthly financial statements using the existing workflows. - Take over day-to-day controller responsibilities. ## First 90 Days - Fully own the month-end close calendar and financial reporting process. - Deliver the first automation improvement from the identified manual-process backlog. - Develop and implement an audit PBC preparation plan. ## First 12 Months - Reduce the monthly close timeline from 20 business days to 5. - Deliver a clean external audit with no material adjustments. - Reduce post-close corrections quarter over quarter. - Build and maintain a documented library of Claude skills that can be used to onboard future accounting team members. ## RequirementsMust-Haves - 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including ownership of the full monthly close process. - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including accruals, prepaids, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and notes payable. - Experience preparing monthly financial statements and supporting external audits. - Daily, practical experience using Claude or a comparable AI tool for accounting or financial workflows, with examples of how you've applied it. - Experience creating at least one reusable Claude skill, project instruction set, or structured prompt workflow that others can follow. - Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a highly detail-oriented and skeptical approach to validating AI-generated outputs. - Ability to explain and substantiate financial figures and identify discrepancies before they

SeedTrust
## Remote | Full-Time | SeedTrust Escrow ## About us At SeedTrust, we help families grow by making the financial side of surrogacy and egg donation journeys simpler, safer, and less stressful. Behind every escrow account is a family going through an important chapter of their lives. Our job is to bring clarity, security, and peace of mind to that process, so they can focus on what matters most. ## The opportunity We're looking for an Escrow Administrator fluent in English and Mandarin to join our Escrow Operations team. You'll be one of the first people our clients talk to. You'll answer their questions, set up their escrow accounts, and make sure every request is handled accurately and on time. Many of our clients are more comfortable in Mandarin, so you'll often be the person who makes a complex process feel clear in their language. It's a role that combines client support, administrative precision, and teamwork. Behind every smooth client experience is a team that makes it happen, and you'll play a key part in making sure every detail is handled with care. ## What you'll be doing - Be someone our clients can count on. Answer calls and emails in English and Mandarin, provide clear and thoughtful support, and connect clients with the right people when needed. - Get the details right. Open new escrow accounts and cases, making sure information is accurate and complete from the start. - Keep clients informed. Confirm incoming deposits and prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other documents with accuracy and care. - Keep things moving. Help manage our shared inbox, organize requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. - Work as one team. Collaborate with Escrow Account Leads, Specialists, and other teammates to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-through. - Spot what needs attention. Flag missing information, potential errors, or issues that need to be escalated before they become bigger problems. ## You might be a great fit if... - You're fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. You can explain a process on the phone and write a clear, professional email in both languages. - Details matter to you. You're organized, accurate, and take pride in getting things right the first time. - You enjoy helping people. You're patient, approachable, and good at making information easier to understand. - You know how to prioritize. You're comfortable handling multiple requests at once and keeping things moving in a busy environment. - You take ownership. You follow through, ask questions, and speak up when something doesn't look right. - You're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools and processes quickly. Experience in customer service, financial services, or administrative operations is a plus. Familiarity with escrow, surrogacy, or fertility services is even better, but not required. ## What we offer We want people to feel trusted, supported, and empowered to do great work. We're a fully remote team that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We care deeply about the experience we create for our clients and how we work together to make it happen. - ## 100% remote work - ## Medical, dental, and vision benefits - ## Life insurance and 401(k) - ## Unlimited paid time off Benefits may vary depending on your country of residence and employment arrangement. ## Our hiring process - Application and short questionnaire. Please answer in your own words. Honest, specific answers matter more than polished ones. - 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team. - Short language check in Mandarin with a member of our team. - ## Interview with our Escrow Operations leadership. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in multiple countries. Employment or contractor arrangements will depend on your country of residence and local requirements. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence. We do not work with staffing agencies for this role. Interviews are conducted live on video with cameras on. ## Ready to join us? If you enjoy helping people, bringing order to complex processes, and being someone others can rely on, we'd love to hear from you. SeedTrust is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. Improvado
## About Improvado Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance. We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution. ## About the role Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands and agencies. You will own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. You work closely with the analytics team: you don’t have to build the data models yourself, but you must read them, spot what is wrong and say what to change. You work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a bigger team. ## What you will do Salesforce and GTM stack - Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing). - Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes. Manage licences and vendor renewals. - Maintain the Salesforce manual and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires. Contract to cash - Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent. - Run the closed-deals and billing check with Finance. Fix errors at the source and add a control so they don’t repeat. - Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
